On July 3rd, 2024, the International (Shanghai) Display Technology and Application Innovation Exhibition (DIC EXPO) was held as scheduled at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Chiyan Glass showcased its latest products from the CHUM four series, attracting many visitors to stop and watch.

As a cutting-edge brand in the field of electronic glass technology, Chiyan has won a silver award with its C-series transparent microcrystalline glass, and its strength in material technology innovation has been highly recognized by experts.

The Chiyan C series transparent microcrystalline glass is a cover glass suitable for high-end consumer electronics display screens. Through unique material design and special crystallization scheme, a microstructure of microcrystalline phase and glass photo like interlocking is formed inside the glass, thereby enhancing the source strength of the glass; At the same time, by controlling the uniform distribution of nanoscale crystals and maintaining the high transparency of the glass, the product combines the characteristics of microcrystalline toughness and glass transparency. Experimental testing shows that the transmittance of the Chiyan C series products exceeds 91%, and the anti drop height can reach 1.8m, with excellent protective effect.

Also shortlisted for selection is the Chiyan U series ultra-thin flexible glass. At present, Chiyan has achieved mass production of high-quality products with thickness specifications of 0.03mm, 0.05mm, 0.07mm, and 0.1mm, with an average bending frequency of over 300000 times. It has started supplying to customers such as cover plate manufacturers, screen manufacturers, and end-users.
